Hello there, I'm a pretty seasoned artist when it comes to a pencil and a piece of paper as my medium. I'm also pretty good at drawing with a mouse. I wanted to know a good program and a set of hardware that is great for computer aided drafting.

No, i consider a Wacom quite useless for drawing under the size of A4.
