It's a place called National Audio (http://nationalaudiocompany.com/). They give a good deal on small relatively small batches with colored cassetes, duplication, imprinting, j-cards, etc. etc.
Their site looks sketch, but I've heard good things and they've been pretty alright to deal with so far. Hopefully I won't need to edit this referral!
