Before It Ends (chip trance)

An original progressive trance tune I made in Famitracker with the N163 module. I added stereo and reverb and some mild EQ, but all the instruments (including samples) are Famitracker. The song came about when I was playing with N163 waveforms and trying to get a "filtered saw" sound, which I mostly did. As a surprise, I came up with an N163 instrument that in high registers sounds a lot like a piano, which you can hear on this track. I hope you enjoy.
