I know what you mean, MegaMantra. There should be an iTunes Visualizer kind of thing styled after a scrolling chiptune player.
There's something about being able to see a track in motion while listening to it that somehow enhances it. I really like this one.
Oh, and I lol'd when I saw the instrument names
