I have a Japanese children's book called "Yama no Ongakuka".  It is really more
of a song than I book.  I decided to enter the music printed on the back of the
book into Famitracker.

Square 1 - printed on back of book
Triangle - same as above, but slightly delayed
Square 2 - simple beeps
Noise - simple beat

So far as I can tell, the song is a derivation of Ich bin ein Musikante.  It was
originally broadcast on NHK in 1964.  There is a good chance this is public
domain.  My book lists copyright 2004 for the art, but the music is listed as
a German folk song.  Having said that, I am happy placing my mix in the public
domain to the extent I can.
