Haha, it IS difficult. I've been working on two tracks trying to mix LSDJ and Spanish guitar, and I'm struggling with getting a good balance between the two. I think I'm close, though. You've done a good job, so I may sort of study your track and think about the levels!

Nice! Overall I like this version more than the guitar-less one; however, I think the guitars in the intro muddy it up a bit. Maybe pull their levels down or let the guitars come in later. The intro was nice on its own.
