I appreciate it so much that you took your time to review my track. And i like that it was honest smile Im still working on getting used to the program that im using.  But im sure to get the hang of it in time. I know exactly what you mean about the structure now. And i agree with you. Thank you so much for the honest feedback. And im not such the pro to give out my opinion when it comes to making a great song! Im just a fan. And everything i say. Is just fan stuff smile But once again, thank you so much for taking your time to write on my song! Again, its appreciated!

My regards,

Joey.

PS: Cant wait to see your song! Just keep going!

I have still to release my first track. I'm a keyboardist but chiptunes is a whole different world, and I'm suffering what I'm about to tell you.

Rhythm is the most complex part when tracking in my opinion (unless you have a background in drumming). You seem to have achieved a basic level that is demanding some more melody. Don't settle for a simple riff repeated over and over again. Try to evolve the piece. That's what this fairly decent track lacks, a structure. You seem to handle quite well at whatever software you're using (a difficult barrier to overcome). You now need to work on structure. You will notice this specially at the ending. This ending is too abrupt and doesn't actually 'conclude' the song, but that's because you haven't built up anything that needs concluding. Go canonical for now, no need to innovate at this point. You are on the right track!

Yeah, I talk as if I knew what I'm talking about tongue It's just my opinion, take it with a pinch of salt because I'm nobody. Whenever I have a decent thing to upload you can have your revenge criticizing it. No, really. I hope some part of this is useful to you. Keep up the good work!
