"a single sample of silence" is an experiment using LittleGameparkTracker on PSP.
All the sounds are produced using one sample wav that is 1 sample in length and contains only silence.
The sample was produced using Audacity's "Generate silence" function with the length set to 1.
It was then exported as 16 bit WAV.
Probably not very interesting on it's own.
I made this as a first step towards "no input piggin" and as further research into pure feedback instruments.
I've included the project file for your perusal.
Be warned that when loaded on your device of choice the project will probably not produce sound.
Exiting the program evidently clears whatever buffer or "glitch" I'm exploiting.
I enjoy writing in this absurdly stilted and awkward manner.
Tally-ho and God save The Queen.
Would you have any Grey Poupon?
