Anyone know how to get the fucking thing to read discs?

well def clean the lens but from what i understand the connection between your genny and megadrive can cause a lot of problems too sometimes. also make sure you can hear the disc spin. if not you'll need to do some ts but its usually not too bad. google that shit son.
edit: your sega cd, not megadrive, yeah oops
