I think you've been inspired by some hardcore (etc.) bands (I'm thinking of "i got 10 friends and a crowbar that says you ain't gonna do jack" from underoath or some titles of The devil wears prada).
Name them as you feel they have to be named, and you're good.

I listened to this on 9/11 - it seemed apt.
My only concern is the breakdowns aren't even close to being brutal enough, plus there weren't enough breakdowns.
Plus the kick drums need to be so brutal they kick me in the face. LITERALLY
