A friend of mine hooked me up with this pretty sweet collection of drum machine samples. It's called "The Machine," and it's got almost every big drum machine on it, from the big Roland machines to splashy Kawai kits and some older, more esoteric samples. (There's an early Pearl drum machine on there that really shows its age.) I've been having a lot of fun with the Kawai stuff lately.
I've recorded some samples in 16 bit.
These are from Yamaha PSS-170 and PSS-470 keyboards.
I posted twice, oops!

Anyone have the scooby feet samples reupped anywhere? I have to settle a bet with a friend...

I ripped this soundfont from Kingdom Hearts/Chain Of Memories using Gbamus. http://www.mediafire.com/?hnenoycojn7on67 It's got a kind of weird file structure, but has some nice percussion, piano, and waveform samples.

was looking for this a while back. good looks. time to get ridiculous.
http://samples.mameworld.info/ Found this while digging around. Samples intended to use in MAME, but so far they've been low-quality WAV/ files at 11k. Mostly sound effects-explosions and voices and things. The Qbert set is pretty awesome:weird pitchy robot words.
Exotic stuff

This is a dead link. And just when I finally had an idea to use them for. If anybody happened to download any of these and would be willing to share, I would be eternally grateful. In the meantime, here is something similar that people may find useful:

Includes many wav and ra samples.
