I'm surprised no one has included Body Count yet.

Big Body Count fan here! Not sure if they are one of my top favourite bands though, but I do enjoy them.

Yngwie Malmsteen is also great, but not another of my top favourites.

All three of those are great. All of #12 is super. I couldn't get into DuckDuck's full length as much as the ep. And HeavyHeavy's second album without the first cd guitarist was poop.

My five today:
Botch
The Chariot
Converge
Living Sacrifice
Norma Jean

with an honorable mention to
Daughters

I was joking, what I thought was obvious from the bands tongue

hey many of you have cool lists!

i noticed four of my five favourites are bands who have been around since the eighties and all have hundreds of songs to draw on, and are pioneers who many more recent bands copy wholesale. i've always loved the pioneers!
