It would be interesting to see an open-sourced or dissassembled form of the Sappy driver seeing as it is so popular for communities and fanbases that wish to rip whole soundtracks.
Not to mention, something similar to Piggy for GBA with some sample support would be absolutely sick.
but basically, as far as GBA native trackers go: there are some, but they're either incomplete (M4G tracker) or don't support more than the original 4 GB channels (FAT/ boyscout or ditty editor, i can't remember which is which)
