Maybe some kinda reamp device?
Actually i put my gameboy in the line-in of my pc and i listen the stuff from my 5.1 speakers.
edit:
Would be much better to use studio monitors, but i'm poor and i dont want to spend my money on them.

this might be decent for small performances or street work.
in response to those worried about using consoles w/ guitar amps, etc.
Guitar amp, Bass amp, keyboard amp.. they're all the same and will accept a console level signal.
The gain structures are set up differently on the amps, but the frequency responses are going to be very similar on guitar amps/bass amps..
most of the differences are EQ topology.
Just watch your output volume on your dmg, or nes, or what ever.. if your amp is set to a low volume (low gain, har har har), and you're hearing distortion/fuzz, you're probably creaming the pre-amp section of the guitar amp and need to lower your output volume of your source device.
other then that.. depending on the speakers that are in the amp... your sound quality will very...
to prove my point... one of the most commonly used guitar amps on the planet is a fender bassman..
It came out as a bass amp... guitarists started using it because it sounded great.
i'll say this time and time again.. just use what you have and try to make due with what you have.. if you have a guitar amp and a gameboy.. sweet.. go and rock out. :-D try not to stress.. just dont turn it too 11 and blow your ears and your amp out.. and always use ear protection.
