It's an iPod inside the casing of a Game Boy.

LoL... that's what I thought... okay.
the worst day of my life was when my dog had to be put to sleep
^this.
The worst day in my life was when I learned my father had cancer.
And then, the 2nd worst day was when I learned that surgery did nothing for it.
Also, the day my dog, who taught me how to walk as a toddler, had to be put to sleep, was pretty horrible too.
Oh but certainly not as bad as a corrupted cart day can be, definitely.

I was obviously being hyperbolic.
Still, this cart was over a year of my life and hard work. I can maybe remake things like "Bunny" but I honestly don't remember a lot of the stuff from over a year ago. Those songs are gone.
I do guess that I learned that I have a stronger personal connection to my music than most others do to theirs, and I kind of think that's a shame.

A shame for us or a shame for you?
I was thinking of replacing batteries before they run out, would that stop data loss? If so, how many hours on the cart would be a good indicator for doing so?
