The wiki has previous ghetto builds but no previous stable builds. 
C'mon man, live a little; use the ghetto built! The ghetto build is pretty stable for my daily use.
yea the ghetto psp build also has some big bug fixes, but ill ping marc about it..
I can confirm that, you should find the ghetto more stable that the stable esp on PSP
