i cant understand wanting a forum/artist/avatar name that someone gave to you. if you truly cant think of anything theres nothing wrong with using your actual name. when i was younger i would spin as walter or dj walter.
I technically use my real middle and last name. It's just backwards.
It's better to think of one yourself, than have someone give you one, exception to this is if it's an actual nickname or something. I'm not entirely sure why I use the name Alpine, I know it's the default iOS ssh password thing, but that isn't why I picked it, then again, I have no love for mountains. I'd say pick something that means something to you, or just something that sounds cool, and isn't to cliche

Maybe that's what they want to do. XD I was actually surprised that Legacy wasn't taken. Everywhere else I try that, I end up having to resort to my artist name Tilt, or my Minecraft uername.
That being said, I do have to agree with whoever said it. Thinking of your own username is a LOT more fun than when you ask someone to make one for you.
There are also name generators online that you can use, if you just absolutely cannot think of something original. I guess those are technically original.

There used to be a chiptune name generator back in the 8BC days, i forget what the link was or if it still even exists
take two of your fav things and then think of the opposite of them and then make an anagram of those two words mashed together
so say you like soup and mountains
so the opposite of those two would be sandwichvalley
plug that into an anagram generator and you get
savyawnchilled
sav-yawn-chilled
