Man these songs are good, just lose that "warez productions" thing.

edit: as for label, though they can be a great form of extra promotion, are not necessary. If I were you I would just pick 5 labels that you like, and that you know won't rule you out immediately (like 8bitpeepz), and send in the EP. I'm sure one of them would pick it up. Noisechannel might be a good choice. If none of them wanna put it out, just release on bandcamp like everyone else. Lots of guys are doing just fine without a label.

Ugh... that warez productions thing again? Well, at least you made it go with the music this time, so that's a big improvement. The music itself is really cool. Actually, since the warez productions does go with the music, it doesn't really bother me at all.

DotMatrix Stalking kind of vaguely sounds like a Super Mario RPG mash-up.

A drug that makes you cry? I wonder if Toriko has ever tried that one...

Drop the squarewave, and stop pretending you're doing chipmusic.

It's not attitude heh. I just think that his music would benefit from distancing itself from chipmusic rather that tying itself to it with a rather slim thread. The music is decent enough that if he'd keep the same overprocessing over his squarewaves as he does for everything else that's playing around them, he'd have decent dubsteppy tracks rather than something that sounds like he's just tacking on two squarewaves to a track that obviously could be better if he went all the way into dubstep.

I didn't mean it to sounds like an insult smile More like.. you obviously want to do dubstep.. so do it and go hit beatport with your tracks rather than tie yourself needlessly to the fairly hobbyist thing that chipmusic is and go hunting for netlabels.

I didn't tell him his music sucked or anything big_smile

If anyone is seriously looking for netlabels, I've been compiling a list of them here. Each has a short description of what they are looking for.
