I guess I'm mostly concerned with a decent shape shell, preferably with port cover and no drilled holes, I can always fix the internals myself.

My understanding is they are rare in the US because the colour was never sold here, but pretty common in Europe... and even if they are Europe only, it's not going to make them $80+ worth. So it's like rare but not really. Depends on location I guess. Ideally someone would be nice enough to sell it at a reasonable price and I'd eat the shipping cost if it's coming overseas.
Now White DMGs, on the other hand...

i don't think i've ever seen one for sale below $110 or so
