I've done a little research and can't seem to find a really in depth way to sync lsdj with ableton. I have a arduinoboy that I got of NEX a while back and im trying to pick it back up again. Can anyone help?

Ableton doesnt really clock great as a midi slave , in my opinion. You should see if your arduinoboy works in SYNC MAP mode:
http://code.google.com/p/arduinoboy/
SYNCMAP - Lsdj will sync to incoming MIDI sync, and notes immediately change the song row #.

And then you setup a midi channel to the midi port lsdj is connected to in Ableton, then load a EXTERNAL INSTRUMENT rack, and select the correct mode in your LSDJ sync settings in the software and arduinoboy. Then LSDJ will work just like a vst plugin does, more or less.

Nah i would say that as a fact. Ableton works best as master for sure. I found that out while doing some recordings with my drum machines.
