hey, so ive been out of the cart game loop for a bit, but am wondering what is currently available or what i should be waiting for. i recall there are a few new ones in development etc etc but can't keep track of what where when etc.

i want some new tech carts. what are my options?

there might be other SD based game boy/color carts on the way.  I think I recall 2 others were considering or already working on them.

ive been sort of holding out for SD cart tech because that is white whale holy grail, but i dunno, i dont want to die of old age first

I felt the same way and just picked up another EMS.  I still consider a drag n derp when i have the money, but it is more convenient for me to have a bunch of software (including games) in one place.  Also that money can be better used on my other projects atm.

not really an helpful comment but...damn we got a lot of choices now compared to when I began in 2006 with low-gain and robbwebb stores !!! Carts are really more reliable too.......and Backlights !!!!
