that looks pretty nice. I'd buy it just to frame cool If only I knew how to utilize it though... also, a little suggestion. I think you guys should have the option to sell it with the headers. straight out of the box (errr padded envelope wink )

yeah, i will down the road, don't have time to do any assembly right now (and its pretty straightforward in the soldering department).  but, yeah, totally.  with proper cases too...

So I guess these might be really good for use with muddygb then, so you can hit those diagonals somewhat easily?

Just wanted to say for everyone's benefit that this is 100% the case. I love my silicon d-pad.

I find the silicon A & B buttons to be somewhat unresponsive, though, like they're cut a little too close to the case.

try taking the button back out, and scrapping some of the 'flash' off the inside of the A/B button holes.  the mold Nintendo used often leaves a tiny bit around the edge here (our cutom dmg cases too, for that matter).  with the plastic buttons (which are a touch smaller anyways), doesn't matter at all.  *if* the flash does touch them, it just glides.  plastic meeting plastic.  but, if the plastic flash catches the silicone, it tends to hand just a little bit,

that should clear the response up for ya!  an x-acto blade would work perfectly (i'm not sure how to spell x-acto, the brand name...  whatever)

Thanks; I'll give it a try and tell you how it goes, though I've come to really like the feel of silicon D-pad + normal buttons for muddygb.

it seems like a lot of people are mixing the plastics and silicone buttons into their own unique sort of combination.  a couple people got in touch and did the exact opposite from you (silicone A/B, plastic dpad).  i can play with the button force whenever a batch is made somewhat, so its always great to get feedback like this

Nice. I'm only using the new start and select buttons. I've got yellow and pink to match my plastic button sets. These new SS buttons are far superior to the last version and the original Nintendo ones. They perfect!

100% in love with my silicon buttons over here.  Really sensitive, so just gotta be a touch more deliberate when triggering chains. wink

hey everybody!

thursday customs has taken the teensyboy project and put together a great looking bit of gear called the USB-boy! very happy to have been able to be involved in this project, they'll have white versions and we'll have matte black versions of this product.

check them out: http://store.kitsch-bent.com/product/usb-boy

they go on sale tomorrow at 12:00 ET, which is noon/lunch in New York City. if you want to be sure you've got the right time, check out this link: http://bit.ly/1g3sv65

these will go fast most likely.

in other news! want to help out someone in the chipmusic community? our very own andaruGO is currently sitting in first place in moogfest's amplification society contest. if he holds on to first until the contest ends, he'll win a sub phatty from moog music! rumor has it the synth will find its way to BRKfest if he wins, we can all gawk then... wink

just clicking this link will get him points: sot.ag/2ksRJ/

if you sign up yourself from there, like his comments on facebook (and tons of other things), he'll get more points. its a close race between 2nd and 1st, so let's help out someone in this community (and its so easy!)

lastly, we've gotten these new products since the last newsletter. some sold out before we sent out this newsletter, but they will be restocked shortly:
