Hi there ! I just made a tutorial on how to get the most surround sound from your mono samples (like a pulse) without having to compromise quality and sound modification. You can apply this method on any daw or tracker that support stereo samples !

I do not have an iphone so i can't tell but i i don't see why this should sound weird !

NO ! Its just that the Oscillation phase is inverted from left to right so by changing this we get a wider sound !

Try it by yourself and you will see..

This sounds cool on headphones, but it actually cancels out the center when listening on speakers.
Don't use this technique.  Read up on stereo phase inversion.

EDIT: Read the last comments in the linked thread. So what exactly are you doing? I don't think I quite understand.

I personally tried this sound on multple speaker and sound good to me !
