Resurrecting this 2 year old thread from the grave, holla.

Has biverting technology become easier to install/implement since this thread? Or is it still pretty much the same?
I have a DMG I bought online pre-modded with a green backlight but without any inversion the contrast is pretty poor, especially when compared to Nonsynth's biverted screen he showed me. I'm trying to get him to help me mod mine, and was wondering what equipment I would need to buy. The screen is already backlit, so would I just be searching for that inversion chip and the film?

If you don't want to use a DIP chip, check out the various 'HEX' boards by Thursday Customs, also available from Kitsch-Bent.

If you just want a regular bi-version without the switch I would recommend the standard Hex kit: http://thursdaycustoms.bigcartel.com/pr … x-board-v1
