I've read that it is possible with the PLOF command but I just can't get it to work.

edit: I was able to make it time stretch backwards but not forwards.

Not a super frequent piggy user but make the sample loop very small and slowly move the loop start time forward in the sample?

use the rtrg command
rtrg 0102 for example will strecth the sample fifty percent

to clarify, xxyy

yy selects how fast to repeat, xx selects how much of the sample to step through on each repeat.
