I bought  Shaun Inman's iOS app NoiseES [http://shauninman.com/noisees/] for listening to some of my favourite game soundtracks on the go, but some of them have weird playback issues... anyone know of or recommend any alternatives?

How do you listen to chiptune?

I have an android phone, so I don't know if it's any better, but Modizer (http://yoyofr.blogspot.com/p/modizer.html) is another option.

What sorts of issues do you find? I have noticed strange behaviour in some Genesis/Mega Drive .vgm depending on the version of GameMusicEmu used.

For the record, I have a mixture of Modo, mdxplayer (http://clogging.blog57.fc2.com/blog-entry-169.html - Japanese page with download link), and MinePsfPlayer, but Droidsound E (https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta … roidsounde) is also pretty good for newer devices.

Another vote for Modizer (I use the iOS version), though I only ever use it to listen to MOD and XM music.. and maybe some Megadrive soundtracks. It seems to play them all pretty well though.
