Does anyone have this book?
There is some interesting information on the demoscene and mod culture in it that I would love to get a scan of for a dissertation iam doing on tracker music.
Also: does anyone know of any other books that document things like this?
What chapter was it from? There is a limited preview (Chapters 1 to 5) on Google Books.
Also, if you're in a university, go to your library and ask about inter-library loans. If one nearby has it you should be able to go and use their library (you can't take books out, but you can use them for reference).

My local library and college library dont have a copy. Itd be great if I could print from Google Books as i need a hard copy of it. Kinda sucks 
No sign of it anywhere else either.
