I don't think the organizers are able to say about streaming just yet. I know they are working on it and it looks fairly positive but they don't want to make any firm commitments in case it turns out not to be possible and people are disappointed.
If is is possible, rest assured it will be publicized as widely as possible and it should be fairly easy to find.
