FUCK YEAH KANGAROO
I'm not into beef jerky to be honest but maybe I give it a try big_smile I remember we had these deer coldcuts in Sweden which were great and was wondering if similar can be found in Australia. I might check the stupid free shop at the airport because I need a VISA to get off the airport and into australian soil. Argh. So no meeting Tom hmm

Yes, on the train station. I will rock it bum style. tongue

Area is not totally direct to Koenji but this is all I could do.

I arrive the 3rd at 6 fucking 30 AM, and leave the 12th at noon or something.
I will gladly hang out with you aussies, since I am a total japan NOOB.

I already got me a card, a friend gave me a PASMO so I am pretty well set with that. The problem will be filling it up with credit... Oh well...

They'll have something like that at the airport but because roo is such a rich irony meat I don't think its sammich material... Unless its a roo steak sammich. And that's a shame about Tom, I'd say meeting up with him is overrated but can't be he's actually awesome.

This thread is finally starting to get me amped about going back and only three and a half weeks to go!

RE : Kangaroo, if I can order kangaroo tartar in a Hochelaga, Montreal, restaurant, I bet you can find it anywhere in the world. It's a bit like horse or moose meat, taste wise. I usually have red meats raw, so I wouldn't know for steak or jerky.

Do you reckon dolphins are technically seafood since they aren't fish? Our friend tried whale when he was there and said it wasn't that great.

maybe not techhnically, i just mean since we pollute the sea so damn much, im not fond of eating things from it

I actually have my whole office pondering this question now (and sending videos like

in response)

Lazerbeat or cheapshot can either of you tell us whether it comes under "meat" or "seafood" on a menu by chance?

All I heard is that dolphin is actually quite poisonous to eat.
BUT I WANNA EAT SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL

I've only seen it a couple of times on menus. It comes under seafood when served as sashimi, but it's also sold in restaurants as whale-bacon! Now, that doesn't sound too seafoody to me!
