A top portion of my avatar has wrapped around to the bottom and I'm not sure why. The original image doesn't look like that, it's 60x60 and it looks fine on 8bc. I know it's pretty minor but it's bugging me. How do I fix this?

Lol@herr_prof and the site "databending" my avatar. tried reupping and it didn't make a difference.

i saw a lot of people with the same issue as austin. Specially gifs, they get the worse. Why is that happening?
edit: i checked it and i see bucky's avatar, emar's, natty's, synteticaesthetics', the forsterer's, theta_frost's and zproc3. SOme I can clearly see that is a tiny gif who went bad, but some avatars are the same as in 8bc and they are weird like that. What is the cause?

Haha ok, sorry not exactly 60x60 but it should be close enough. Damn photoshop keeping things proportioned and me being too lazy to change it 
Is that the problem though?
Will making it *exactly* 60x60 fix it?
