Was having a bit of a ponder the other day and I realized that I can count on not many fingers the number of artists I can call tom mind who sync their gameboys with other things or even other gamboys.

Off the top of my head I am fairly sure of these:

Saitone - Overlapping Spiral and the MJ tunes were synced LSDJs?

Henryhomesweet - Syncs various GBs for the lobitbasement/outhouse series

Coova & Little scale - Coova's Nanoloop synced to sebs mad scientist lab

Mr Spastic - Uses Muddy/Arduino synced to Midines and midibox sid?

I have no doubt there are tons which I missed but curious what is out there,

ive got 4-5 two GB tracks, i find it kinda unfulfilling though and much prefer working with just the one GB though.

desmos is kinda sync'd in places, it was more of a case of getting everything at same tempo and some editing though, its more fun than midi tongue

I'm sure you've listened to it,  but Ovenrake's "For the Great Party Man" is synced gb's all the way through (I believe)

We (Videovalvontaa) have always used gb's with other gear.

(I'm not sure if our tracks are very awesome though)

its pretty rough.  there were quite a few things i would have done differently but that's the fun of playing everything live

With two gameboys I just press start simultaneously. I'd love a c64 tracker to sync up a gameboy to though.

i used two gameboys synced together on all the videos this girl uploaded -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4tRLYxFxb0

though you can't hear the programming very well.

also, in most of these videos you can hear the guy next to the camera singing more loudly than me.

My current plan is to be able to sync LGPT, LSDJ, and another piggy to control my Microkorg.

But you are right, I have not seen too many artists who sync a lot of devices, or even two LSDJs.  I think a number of EvilWezil's songs are dual Game boys though...

Touchboy's a great example of a streamlined GB-synced rig, GB + Electribe + outboard effects unit (I think)

8GB's got a whole mobile A/V command center with devices talking to each other.

nordloef's live sets are seamless dual synced Game Boy affairs, though the sync may just be for lock-step transitions — not sure.

Yeah! Touchboy is a great example of a gb-synced set up!

My personal favorite is PeeR's Dances ep available for download at Pause
2 synced game boys the whole way through, and how very epic it is

Not to be all "me me me" but, open mics/one song aside, I always sync two gameboys live and only sync two game boys live. I could never not sync gameboys when live. How does anyone do it? I HAVE NO IDEA. HOW DO YOU KEEP TIME?? AHHH. (But yeah, it's mostly for smooth transitions and only sometimes for lotsa track madness.)

EDIT: Didn't realize PeeR's Dances was two gbs. That makes sense. I just thought he was using some voodoo magic.

Was going to mention Touchboy, but Bit Shifter beat me to it... Absolutely the A1 example of how good synced stuff can be!

My earlier pre-LGPT stuff was all Nanoloop synced with various drum machines but I'm all Pig these days...
