The speaker is blown on one of my dmg's. I don't use it all the time, but sometimes I just like to play games without headphones on. Anyways, does anyone know where to buy a replacement? Is it possible to actually upgrade the speaker while I'm at it?

I often find very similar sized speakers in toys.

Hey thanks! As I said, no UK, but the specs help. I'm pretty sure I saw one of these at Radioshack.....
If you dont have any luck I might be able to find an extra speaker on a GB i'm not using. I Think I actually have one from a DMG i broke modding.
I'm also certain that I have spare GB speakers I could send out.
Well then lets just do one of those. I'd rather give my money to one of you then the philistine scum at Radioshack. The question is which one wants to sell one?
Let me just give an announcement to everyone searching to replace their DMG speakers: The ones that are easily found in Radioshack, the 8 ohm mini speakers, their magnets are too big and the case will not shut unless you cut space out of the battery compartment. Or unless you are a wizard.

I actually found a way to do this without modifying the case. I took pictures when I tried it just in case (heh) it worked, so I'll be posting a tutorial thread in the near future. I'll edit the link into this post when that thread goes up.
Sorry for the thread necromancy dudes – I hope it's at least somewhat justified in this situation.
I don't think anyone really needs to be searching for dmg speakers, there must be loads of people on here with spare ones, I know I could harvest a few from dead gbs if anybody needs one.
I just used one out of a notebook, they do sound better
