same thing as the 1/8th inch mod, you just connect the wires to the rca jacks instead of the 8th inch jack, right?

yeah, you just connect it to the same spots, if you're talking about physical placement, just put them where they'll fit

If I were to install both a 1/8th jack and RCA Pro Sound Mod, would I have to daisy chain the ground between the two RCA jacks and the 1/8th jack too?

Yes, you need the "shield" wire for all types of audio connector
