I've created a soundcloud group for music created with Milky Tracker.

If you have anything relevent, share it with the group!

what kind of sound chip does a milky tracker use?

It depends what sound card you run it on I suppose.

milkytracker does not use a soundchip, it's a .xm (sample-based) tracker.

however, there are a number of tools availble that allow you to convert .xm to other formats.

but i somehow suspect you already knew that.

Thanks Lazerbeat! Glad you like it, they are some of the best tunes i've made so far I reckon.

We could set something up to share the actual xm files I suppose, but I thought there will probably be a load of music that people have already uploaded to soundcloud so the group will be somewhere to collect it all into one place.

poisoncut, you could include the module files for this release as a bonus for your next release

Yeah could do, I thought about it for this one actually.  Not all the tracks are modules though: Cockpit View and Starfighter 104 (+ the remix partly) are the only ones. The rest were done in FL.
