hej all,
i will be in beijing this september for the notch festival. i would like to play in a chip related venue with la belle indifference 
last year i played at the venue yugongyishan together with sulumi, which was great, but not a lot of chip people came. so basically, i am wondering if there is a beijing chip scene and how to get in touch with it.
