OP needs to calm down! xD I agree, though, SID Wizard is as good as it gets.
Anyway c64 stuff in general in the chip scene has always been a small userbase
Well, to be fair, the C64 music scene has always been massively active, it's just that C64 musicians tend to associate themselves more with the demoscene than the chiptune community.
I like what you have so far! I think you should shorten the intro a bit and add a simple drum loop with some hihats and a kick. Something like hi-hi-hi-hi-kick, hi-hi-hi-hi-hi-hi-kick (I know, totally legit music notation right there! 
). Also, I think what you've got going here would work a little better at a slightly lower tempo. That's pretty much my advice.
