(Rematch) was really awesome! The melody really strung me along and all the little sound effects here and there really caught my attention. I enjoyed the rematch more then the original, although the only thing I wished you had kept from the original was the little echo after the piano roll at the end. Overall good stuff! Keep up the good work!

Cheers! Glad you enjoyed it. You're right about the echo though, must add it back in.

Wow! Nice job, and good technique especially with the one channel echo arps. Did you use VRC 6 or MM5 expansion chip?

I have no complaints!

Thanks for listening man! I make all of my stuff with chipsounds with the 2A03 chip simulation and make presets from there.

Sounds great! Would be kinda cool if It had some uptempo drums at some point to contrast with the downtempo part that's in the second half,... cuz it's a boss battle and stuff... aggressive energy and stuff... just personal preference

Thank you! I'll probably go back to it with more panning and tempo changes etc. and try and put in a decent loop point in there as well. Cheers for the feedback!

Hey guys,

Released a new track the other day, it's a boss fight theme based off of a track I posted here before.

Here's the track it's a powered up version of for context.

Hope you enjoy it, would love to hear your feedback!

Thanks for all the great feedback guys, glad you all enjoyed listening to my stuff. Panda + Havocc, will probably extend + loop them down the line smile

1st song: intense, reminds me a lot of some old boss battle music. It's all very well put together. My only criticism is the lead is maybe too harsh, but hey that's your style.

3rd: leads are very loud. They are interfering with each other a bit harmonically. Song gets really awesome around 1:24, very nice harmonies. Song takes me on a melodic journey, really sweet!

Glad you liked them, probably going to come back to Seaside Village and play with the mix a bit down the line, the leads are pretty loud.

Also please check out my latest track if you get a chance. It's a remix of the Seaside Village one only trying to convey the energy of a bustling city instead of a quiet little town.

Hey guys, been exploring chiptune composition and arrangement as a hobby over the past few years and am constantly trying to improve and develop my sound palette.

Here's some boss fight music I put together recently for a game my friend and I were working on, would love to hear what you guys think of it.

Also, here's an arrangement of Copacobana in stage music style I threw together to make a friend laugh.

Lastly here's my most recent track, village music inspired by Pokemon/Link's Awakening.

At the moment I'm using plogue chipsounds and a fairly decent NES soundfont for the drums all in conjunction with Fruity Loops.

Cheers!
