I think they made an exclusive deal with Amazon.co.jp and Nintendo only to sell in Japan or something. It's sad, I wish I could support them for their work on M01.
Originally the cartridge is not really cheap though. ¥ 4980  $/€43  £37 pounds, so £50 pounds isn't too much.

My gig set-up consists of
- 6 channel mixer
- 2 x KORG MS-20 micro
- Kaosspad / Kaossilator micro
- 2 x 16 step sequencer
- 4 channel drumcomputer (sampler)
- Effects unit (chorus, flanger, delay)
