Wow!

Unfortunately I can't help you but I am super interested in this. Have you seen the solar charger too?

So warm!

This is going to help me coast into winter so well. Great job, man.

EDIT: Reminds me a ton of the Electric President s/t, except chip.

I tend to like people.

Rochester Chip is a monthly series of events dedicated to promoting artists and groups who use the sound chips of retro computers and video game consoles to create new original music. This exciting and often experimental form of electronic music repurposes devices such as Nintendo Gameboys and Atari 2600s as synthesizers and sequencers to create exciting new compositions in a wide array of genres.

###########################################

Animal Style an audio / visual chiptune project by Joey Mariano. Utilizing clever and inventive songwriting along with effect-laden guitar, Joey has been consistently discovering new grounds in chiptune.

BC Likes You is the solo effort of BC Mostyn, guitarist for Revengineers and co-organizer of Rochester Chip. BC uses guitar, dual-gameboys, and vocoded vocals to create euphoric electronic pop music.

Fowls is a group of three guys creating catchy, riffy, and bright songs with just two guitars, bass and some minimal electronics. Great musicianship, great dudes, great jams.

SBthree was never cool enough to be in a band. Instead he makes weird music with his dad’s saxophone and a gameboy he bought at a garage sale.

Visuals by VJ PLZ. The most solid of bros with a bottomless pocket of animated .gifs, bright colors and rare gems of video.

I think it's more interesting for everyone to show their own take on a melody than to work together, working together has been done before smile

This is what I thought. Right now we're (Sub & I) working with Auxcide's melody.

I'm hoping to get to it sometime tomorrow, if not then, the weekend at the latest. Sorry for the hold-up dudes neutral

I could send you the .sav, but I want to see what chord structure/rhythm/everything you could come up with without my influence. So I won't. wink

If you want the lead and notes I could send that.

yeah could you just send me the lead? that'd save me the time of figuring it out and then writing it out.
i'll more than likely change the sound / instrument around a bit; just not the notes themselves.
that's what we're aiming for here right?

definitely have a crazy rhythm and chord prog.  going through my head big_smile

Right here! I want in!

I would probably do 1xLSDJ + vox as well, maybe guitar.

Just to clarify the rules...we take someone else's jam, redo it in our style, then we write an original jam and send it to that person to do the same to us?

Did you have someone in mind?

Edit: yeah. When you do your jam, you only show the other person the melody. And they only show you theirs. So not really a remix but 2 original songs with a common melody.

Cool, that makes sense. It's almost like an Exquisite Corpse game.

Well I'm down to collab with anyone. I have a little melody that I'd like to throw an hour at sometime this week. I'll post it when it's set.
