ADSR is always good. are you building this to be keyboard controlled or step sequencer or maybe ribbon (like the monotron)? I had a similar idea for a very basic synth. nothing fancy but good enough to sample from. also different wave forms. dual oscillator. I am getting greedy....

synthesis heaven right now. I would love to sit and fiddle with a small simple modular system one day. I dont even care about its ability to make music. The power of sound control you get on these things is enough to wank with forever. I would love to make a drum kit sampling from a system like this.

Like pixls said. I just contacted Oliver. Mine wouldn't start at all and then randomly it started working but there was a problem with loading the memory. I kept getting the 2 error. Then one day... Nothing it just stopped booting again.
FYI the second one he sent me was only 25% functional. shit is fucked. no fm, no noise channel, and fucked up rectangle waves. He probably shouldn't be putting out this product until he fixes all this nonsense.

I have heard a lot of reports of issues with 2.5.

This thing was notorious for being a huge piece of shit that no one wanted. that being said from what i gather this has 2 square waves and one noise channel. my guess is there is nothing special there and it is deff. lower quality then a gb synthesis wise. Then again it's hard to tell with just a microphone recordings.
send a raw recording and the screen shots to us so we can see what your talking about.
