I am still writing other types of music however so I'd consider any of that hardware...

No way! That's really cool that this is such an early model.

Didn't get it from the UK so it probably isn't the PAL then.

I'd consider trading just depending on what you've got haha. Unfortunately I'm not doing any 8bit stuff any more so I'm not really in the market to be trading for anything 8bit related.

Yea I think that the problem usually arises from cutting out a hole in the top for the usb port

@pulseflux. There is a crack. It was there when I got it. its not falling a part or anything its just a little aesthetically lacking.
I think I could do international but you might have to front some of the cost just cus it can get pricey.

@moriokun-you are completely right. I knew that from guitar center they go for 150 so I thought I marked it down enough.
II haven't used it much so its pretty much brand new. I'll give it to you for 95. PM me if you want it.

yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Hey sorry i've been mia. I'm going to have to sit this one out. Ive been a little too busy for music recently :''''''(

Heyyyy everybody.

Kool Skull and I started a duo called Thrash Bandicoot a couple months ago. This is our first real release and we are really pumped to get our name out there! We have our first album in the works but that is still a ways off. To get people excited though we wanted to write a single, massive track that would keep people busy until the whole release is done.

And a huge thanks to Bleo and Starpause for digging this project, supporting us and putting it out on hexawe. We couldn't have had a better place to release this.

Go to hexawe.net to listen to the song and get the lgpt files. Feel free to remix it or rip tricks from it! Send us any alterations just because we'd love to hear them!

alright. don't yell if this is a dumb question.

I just got mssiah and I was wondering if you need a mouse to operate it. I haven't had a chance to check out the program so I dont really know.

I was going to use it in conjunction with ableton so I wasn't sure if you needed anything to interact with the mssiah interface from the c64 or if you could just do it all from ableton.

Also, something that grinds my gears in general is:

People giving you a zip file where all the songs aren't in a album folder. So instead of just dragging the album folder to my desktop from
the unzip program, I have to create a new folder on the desktop and name it whatever the artists name/album is. This isn't a huge deal, but if you're downloading releases regularly, it's SUPER annoying. Call me lazy or whatever, but I'd say it's the artist/label's laziness.

I couldn't agree more with this.

I'm going to say this but don't shoot me because it looks like I'm just advertising.

The goal with my netlabel (deletefunction.com) was to do what was listed by Lazerbeat and a few others. Just on the surface we made sure not to have our releases be mediafire links with the file tags all jumbled up.  We wanted to be much more professional than that so we made sure we had a system to do our releases.

We also set out to fill "that niche" L-tron was talking about. We wanted to have a site that covered interesting genres like circuitbending and noise all the way back to the chip scene. so far i feel we have done a good job. We stress quality though and don't release everything that is handed to us. It has to be well made.

And I do agree with L-Tron saying many people cant get their music out there just because they're lost among the 8bc trolls. Its unfortunate that only some have the name value and recognition to succeed on the scene.
