I honestly don't think trackers get much simpler than Famitracker. The FastTracker 2 interface is really easy to get used to.
Personally, I think if you're that fucking lazy to where you don't even want to practice with the software you have to be able to use it to its full potential, you should just give up on music-making in general.

I recommend finding out what sounds you actually want or like, and go from there. if its NES/gameboy your after, it would be easier for others to help point you in the right direction.

do you how long it took me to get as comfortable and familiar with fl as i am now, like two hours.
