Following two Ep releases here on Pxl-Bot, we’re extremely proud to bring to you Mega Flare’s debut full-length album.
Mega Flare constructs his usual melodic hooks here with extreme care to assure an almost ethereal experience when listening to this fantastic release. Each and every song here contains a very viable reason why it should be locked into your cortex for months to come. The songs don’t necessarily sound the same, but lock tightly together into the now trademark sound of Mega Flare, which in essence is a beautiful mixture of melody and countermelody straight from the catalogues of the bittersweet.
One of the best and most commendable things about this release is its growth. Every repeat listen will draw further and further into the melodic intricacies presented before you, leaving you begging for more following the finale’s peak. He also combines what made his first two Rounds great, with jumps between more upbeat and straight forward tracks of Round One (see “Go”) to the slower more progressive style found within Round Two (see “Home”), and even features an appraisal of Round One’s climax, “Awake”, in the form of the re-working entitled “Still Awake”.
To cut a long story short, If you liked anything Mega Flare has previously released, melodically minded songs or bittersweet atmospheres, you will fucking love this album. 10 tracks not enough? Head to his bandcamp to buy HQ version with an extra seven equally astonishing B-Sides!!

Tracklist:
1. Over
2. Still Awake
3. Miles In Any Direction
4. Home
5. No Suns
6. EMP
7. Go
8. Train
9. 8bits
10. Slow

Bandcamp tend to take (usually) about 75 cents for every 5 dollars, but the move to the paypal (unless it's between different accounts) is free. Also after about $150 bandcamp stop taking money from you (last time I checked)

Bringing you the second artist hailing from Cincinatti, Pxl-Bot proudly present the debut album from “spOOked”.
Featuring beautiful and warm synth sounds with a multitude of chiptune influences and nods to other areas of electronic music, this twelve track album forms an unbelievably high quality series of melodic and memorable tracks with varying percussion effects and styles which form a varied but highly coheisive release rooted in part in the signinficantly different style which these songs hold within.
Danceable and so very pleasent to listen to, spOOked’s debut shows both huge promise and increible talent, with tracks like “TOIR GNIKCUF” indicating this artists’ love for experimentation and expansion of sound. The ‘fakebit’ sound doesn’t slow spOOked down an ounce, instead utilising it to form trance and house-laden tracks with addictive tendencies and extrememly catchy hooks.
Easy to listen to and a gorgeous release in its own right, this is one that almost everyone will be able to enjoy through its playful styles and two very cheesy but very guilty-pleasures cover tracks. A must-download.

Tracklist:
1. Why Do I Bleed?
2. All I Want Is The Past In Glass
3. Barbie Girl
4. Burning Television Glass
5 Poppin Dat Cherry
6. TOIR GNIKCUF
7. Miss Me, Don’t Dissmiss Me
8. Rick Rolling
9. Redirect My Soothing
10. Dub My Wub
11. Always From Behind
12. Skatin’ On Moon Ice

I felt lost. Though everything seems to be running smooth as fuck at the momo and the updates look great. Cheers and good work!

Pxl-Bot are extremely proud to present the re-release of Spaceman Fantastiques epic space-based adventure, with a glossed re-working of some tracks, that is “I Hope The Stars Can Hear This…" , accompanied by 21 B-sides in the form of the companion piece “Does Not Compute" .

From beginning to end a huge variation of moods and atmospheres cascade from this release, with melodies drum shifts and an abundance of ethereal atmospheres, Spaceman Fantastiques crafts a truly unforgettable journey. Out of the 20+ tracks, from the very first listen it’s easy to both tell them all apart and remember their stark differences, a feat that really showcases this artist’s compositional skill.

The sheer volume of sounds and influences etched into the single unique style here is truly awe-inspiring, and if you haven’t already given this fantastic release a look in, there was never a better time than now. This extends to “Does Not Compute" , which for a 21 track B-side collection sounds less like a grouping of un-used tracks and more like an entirely separate piece of work linking perfectly to its companion. The level of quality throughout makes it obvious to the listener that these tracks were likely to only have been omitted due to album length.

So, 44 tracks, 21 new and 23 of which the majority have been re-worked and new artwork by the FANTASTIC Someonesomewhere. Just download it.

Totally disagree. If you care that much about who it was who commented, surly you'd check the post regardless? And the "Latest Forum Activity" section just seems to make sense, especially as the art section (in my opinion and experience anyway), seemed to not get as much attention as the others simply because it was lower down. Though for OCD's sakes it'd be sweet if the "Latest Forum Activity" went down as far as the forum list on the left did tongue

Coated in beautiful melodies and addictive musical constructions, Freque spews out one hell of release on his debut solo effort, “Girl with Butterfly”. From the instance of the twisting and epic “U Had Me @ ASL”’s beginning, Freque lays his dance-coated hooks straight in underneath your skin where they intend to stay, right until the fist-pumping closer “Grzly Cntry” destroys your speakers with its heavy bass and gorgeous melodies.
What’s most impressive about this release is how Freque, rather inexplicably, has managed to craft a truly unique style and sound within his music, most obvious on the release’s title track. The almost jittering melodies and semi-quavered rolls really create something that can’t be heard anywhere else but on this record, pushing this fantastic artist into the limelight with a strong thrust. Somehow the music breathes empty space, whilst at the same time remaining heavily layered and constantly shifting.
This really is a fantastic piece of work.

Tracklist:
1. U Had Me @ ASL
2. The Devil Is A Disco Dancer
3. Codigo Azul
4. Laser Car On The Bandit Highway
5. Girl With Butterfly
6. Grzly Cntry
