Interesting analogy.

Without a doubt mate. I've never played it. But I'm a fast leaner. wahahaha! (probably gonna eat them words aren't I?)
I haven't actually bought it yet, but shall we take the plunge and choose a specific region mate? South East Asia/US/Korea...
Also, just read the "Short history of Activision Blizzard." Very insightful. That Kotick is quite the money-hungry-boss-from-hell isn't he.

I used to live in Leeds (in the north of the UK for those not familiar). And there was a freaking crrrrraaaaaaazzzyy ice cream truck that used to go around playing a happy hardcore remix of the terminator theme.
Bloody crazy I tell thee. I'm sure the driver was constantly on speed. In fact, I bet that's what he was selling.

I actually have my whole office pondering this question now (and sending videos like
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rf1Bn3R re=related
in response)Lazerbeat or cheapshot can either of you tell us whether it comes under "meat" or "seafood" on a menu by chance?
I've only seen it a couple of times on menus. It comes under seafood when served as sashimi, but it's also sold in restaurants as whale-bacon! Now, that doesn't sound too seafoody to me!

So, I'm thinking of purchasing this game. (And I know lazerbeat is too.)
As some of you may know, I live in Japan, and the default region for Japan is the North American region.... (i can imagine the lag being real bad (it was with WoW anyway))
With the digital purchase though, you can choose your own region, so I am thinking of joining the Southeast Asia & ANZ region.
My question is: Is anyone playing from Aus/NZ? And if you are, which region are you playing on?

Anyone else care to share when they're going to be there and where they're staying?
Celsius and myself arrive on 31/08 and leave on 10/09 and are staying at Super Hotel Nishiguchi in Ikebukuro.
For what its worth for those of you who haven't organised accomodation we stayed in Toyoko Inn last time and it was a bargain for what it was, and Super Hotel by all online accounts its equally good and Ikebukuro is a pretty handy area to stay in my opinion
Toyoko Inn and Super Hotel are real bargains. Also, Ikebukuro is not too far away from where Blip is being held, so I agree that it's a good place to stay. Also check out hotels in Asagaya. That should be a cheap place to stay right next to Kouenji.

Hi all.
Just like to share a few vids from the above mentioned event that happened at the weekend here in Tokyo: http://xhdj.ore.to/habuman/
There are only multiple vids of myself because my wife did an excellent job of recording my set, and I was having too much fun to be concerned with recording the other artists. /whoops
Anyway, excuse the sound quality (iPhone recording) and I hope you enjoy.
