I can't get down with those tiny handhelds. Makes my fat hillbilly fingers hurt.
Deathray and most of the PIXELH8 programs are actually special cases, because the original version of those didn't work on flash carts--the only way to use them was on a PROM cart.
Just recently, nitro2k01 patched them to work on flash carts for a task other than corrupting your cart.
True if not necessarily relevant to the topic.
I've got got Deathray on one of those and its great!
Hey neat! Adlib needs some company on my SB laptop anyway.
Weird, closing in on two years since I started that... doesn't seem like it at all.
yep i had that kinda problem on the psp and it was the memory stick that was fucked up
I've reformatted the stick with the PSP itself and it hasn't helped. Maybe reformatting with the PC would be different?
on the project page, go to new> name your project lgpt_xxxxxx: done! what device you using?
It works on gp2x and mac osX. not sure about mac but gp2x also creates the elusive samples foler inside the project one.
Dohh! I've made a habit of pre-creating project folders and didn't even pay attention. I can confirm that on PSP newly created projects are not saved and import does not work in them. Guess I'll continue with my old behavior.
EDIT: works fine on gp2x
I must be missing something, I don't recall being able to create new project folders from inside the piggy program ever on a handheld?
Although, this new psp ghetto is looking pretty worthless. It does not save new songs, it exits lgpt when using "exit" in the file menu and the portability is nil, considering I have to create a sample folder beforehand.
edit - posting in the lgpt forum
Not sure about "does not save new songs" but the rest is normal behavior for all handheld ports of piggy, isn't it? "Exit" exits the program and you have to create your new project folders manually anyway so might as well throw an empty folder in there called "samples". No biggie.
Looks like a Nigerian import game.
Is there an email/board where I can report a bug? Samples do not load in the newest PSP ghetto when creating a new song. ONLY when you load a tune made with a previous version will a sample actually load. wtf
I've had this problem too. When you make a new project folder also add a samples folder in it. Then import will work.
No monies for pizza but havs monies for shipping gamesboy? o.0
Hmmm, there's more technique involved in using this monowave than I expected. Kinda inspiring tho!
Is there any rhyme or reason to the order of the wave in the monowave? I've been cycling through them and am feeling pretty lost...
inb4 "just experiment >:D "
15 patches of a single square wave? That seems like a shame, maybe you can add other waveforms through the firmware or something...
