It will work on 500 and up for sure.  The only one it probably wouldn't work on is 1000.

The assertion is that mGB would run on an NL cartridge.
The MIDI part would still require an Arduino, or speculatively the NL MIDI adapter.

Ok, still very exciting that there could be a midi solution that affordable and "mass produced".

Great, then it should work out of the box. Only the save function would need to be rewritten.

Woah, hang on a sec.  Are you guys saying that the sweet NL setup I've just ordered may soon also allow me to fully use mgb?  Am I reading that right?  yikes

EDIT:  As in without arduino la-dee-da business?

+1 e.s.c.

There's no lack of chip dance music and I seriously doubt there ever will be.

However this is an excellent point:  "on the topic of chipmusic nights -- for the places that HAVE chip-only nights, it may seem like they're being used as crutches, but for us here in [not NYC], having a chip monthly is something that we [are probably never going to see]."

Intros aren't required but I like having/will use them.  Fuckface.

Note how oddly prophetic Kool Skulls album art is...

Stream or download:  http://datathrash.bandcamp.com/album/thunder-face

Appearing suddenly like a lightning bolt out of a blackened sky: THUNDER FACE!!

An album of pure chipthrash presented raw and loud just like you like it. And you know you like it. Yeahhhhhhh... just like that.

Composition and recording: Isaac McRoberts
Art: Kool Skull
