Don't do what I did at my last show. After 3 songs played with talking right through the music then dead silence after, I said "right, fuck all of you", played one last song then left. It was one of the rare times where I really didn't enjoy a single aspect of the show.

So, yeah, bad shows. They happen.

bclikesyou, it sucks that you use that silly vocal processor instead of just singing, as it seems like you'd actually be a good singer.

Any word on this yet?

Usually it takes a little while to get feedback from this.
I'd just hold tight and subscribe to the topic. TheFly will let us know soon enough.

I really wanna do a 7" but still can't justify the price. And the lathe cut records dude won't get back with me so can't go that route either...

Kickstarter/do a split record with 1(or 5) artists.

How does one attempt to get on a 8 Bit Nights show or even Ultrachip?

Just like any other show, by asking the people involved in running it.

Here are my three submissions (written especially for this).
The first two are written with the SNES sound in mind. The first is more video-game sounding, the second is a bit more serious.
The third has a more Game Boy-ish sound.

I can adapt it in any way you require (shorter/longer/piece bits together/etc).

You can contact me at this e-mail if you need me - [email protected].

Book this man. He's nice, and he makes great music.

Also, when you're in Berlin, the Ramones Museum there is supposed to be pretty cool.

Information

Nanoloop 1.6 is a music software for the original Game Boy models. It comes on a custom cartridge, designed specifically for the needs of nanoloop, with robust and secure flash memory for data storage (no battery on the cart). Software updates and data backup can be done with the nanoloop USB-adaptor. A MIDI-sync adaptor will soon be available, too.

The nanoloop 1 cart and software version 1.6 are currently under development.

Nanoloop 1.5

Nanoloop 1.5 is the predecessor of ver. 1.6 and is no longer available. It has been discontinued because some ICs are out of production and no alternatives exist.
