these stickers are of the most awesome quality. ordered a few more because friends wanted some! and of course i'm directing them towards your music, too.

It would be interesting, if there was a GBCamera mode at least.
there's a good iOS app that does a fairly good job of emulating GBcamera but i only have it on my ipod touch, 'cause it's not available for android.

Kitsch - that would actually be awesome. :3 I mean, I'm still sort of set on doing a copy of Crystal because of the colour of the plastics, but my current case has a part in the corner where something broke off where i dropped it, so it would be nice to have another. thanks a load!

If you need a good place in NYC, try the "Chelsea International Hostel". It's not the worst place to stay. It's simple, but it's clean, and when I stayed it was 40$ a night.

Yeah, the USB part is heat-bent. Thanks, Ape & Bitman. I'm going to wait some more to see if there's any more input before I get to work on this.

Ahhh, that explains it all.
Alright. I figured that's what I would be using, but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks a lot!

So, I've got a cartridge shell from Pokémon Crystal, and I really want to put my bleepbloop cart in there, because the plastic colour from Crystal is my favourite. However, I'll need to put a hole for the USB plug in there. Is there any way to do this (like in the original case the BB cart came in) really neatly? Is there any way to cut the notch so I can use it in a DMG really neatly?
Just looking for some advice. I don't want to cut it until I've got an (almost) sure-fire way of making it look good.
Thanks in advance!

Emailed them once to buy a set, and they were totally sold out.
They were also sold out of glass GBA screen protectors, which was a hell of a bummer.

also, make sure the polarization film from the backlight mod didn't fall/slide out. if this happened, you won't see anything on the screen at all, just blank.
omg. back before i was well-acquainted with things, this happened to me with a DMG i bought, but only half-way. i freaked out, because i didn't know what i'd done.
fortunately, my ever-savvy father took a look at it when i showed him, and since he's well-versed in troubleshooting electronics, he had it fixed within 5 minutes.
but everything everyone else says sounds right. if nothing's showing up on the screen, check the ribbon cable. i hope your game boy turns out okay!

Topic: Weird DS Lite Issue (1 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
Hey,
So, I recently dug out this DS Lite I got at a thrift store for 8 dollars. It had the green light being on, but no screen activity issue, so when I turned it on, I expected it to be the same.
The screens lit up.
After a few tries, 10 or so minutes, it stopped again.
I noticed that it only ever seemed to work when I had it sitting in the basement (it turned on literally once before), so I threw it on the windowsill last night, because it was pretty cold, and left it for 20 minutes.
It worked again.
The Slot-1 needs to be replaced, but the slot-2 works fine, and it ran fine for a while, until it warmed up again.
I'm assuming it's some sort of connection issue, and the cold makes the metal contract, or something. However, it could be something totally weird that is totally beyond me (I'm not very good with anything to do with hardware beyond the basics).
Does anyone have any suggestions or comments about this?
Thanks.
