Sorrry. This is an 8bit compilation. So i can only accept only 8bit tracks.
Those distorted synth are not 8bit, if you could use some good vsti it could be ok.
btw..
since i'm not receiving any track.. ALL the songs are still up for grabs.
Deadline 30 august.
You have one month.

meh. It sounds A LITTLE too generic and not funny/challenging...
Just a senseless "hey look at me" like the 8bc homepage.

so..
ive just viewed a strange video-interview to an italian "music-expert".
He said that Varg Vikernes (the man behind Burzum) during his time spent in jail was writing some 8bit songs.
The "music expert" said that Varg stopped writing Black metal stuff since Metal derives from Rock and Rock derives from Blues. ..and he said that Blues is "nigger music" and Varg didn't want to write "nigger music". lol.
So he started to write 8bit music since it is "THE TOTAL WHITE MUSIC" (the interviewee said that ).
Lol. Funny. Anyone knows anything about this?
edit: here the interview (in italian, sorry). He talks about burzum from 0:54 to 1:24.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjJjcFZt4Uk
edit2:
probably he's just talking about his (shitty, imo) ambient synth-ish albums. Btw he made me lol. I was guessing if Varg is registered to 8bc.
edit3:
i'm totally NOT racist

chiptune is hXc
i really agree with this.
Punk was all about composing music without know how to use a music instrument.
Micromusic is about composing music without any music instrument, lol.

I play in a neo-crust band named Nagasaki Sunshine.
stuff like this, but with some more black metal influences.
Here in italy we have some kind of nice post-core scene (tbh i don't know what does this means lol) with a lot of awesome bands.
edit:
plus, with my gameboy project "arottenbit" i'm a lot active (and kinda known) in the italian hardcore scene and i've shared stage with a lot of incredible national and international bands. (even "as blood runs black" and "war from the harlots mouth" that xero has mentioned before
)
