thanks!
usually i put a low-pass filter on the audio in (audio as trigger), but this time i used a high-pass filter. and that actually works real nice for syncing to the melody also.

well.. at least that's what i think..
a delay in the signal would actually also be nice for feedback.

hss2e also has build in MCG b.t.w. http://vimeo.com/13819007
it can also sync as midi slave http://vimeo.com/13705832
in combination with sound from hss it converts midi to lsdj and nanoloop stable to about 190 bpm, without sound from the hss it converts stable the full range.

Something tells me that doing it this way might help eliminate some of the (minor) sync issues I've had with my Master Clock Generator pedal.
what issues have you had with it?

Reason? Bass and kick waveforms can be chosen independently and you can also make use of the PU1 sweep setting.
my method has pictures (-;

gijs: I actually like my method better, since it makes use of the first step, and doesn't require it to be just a silent dummy note.
However, as a tech note, I think 3.7.4 still had the bug/feature where the volume envelope would always be retriggered when entering a note number, even when clearing the instrument, so for 3.7.4 I guess that method was needed.
i like my method better.

thanks! its a delay and a pitch shifter, with lowpass filter at the output. (6 bit DAC).
